This site collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to maintain security and diagnose technical issues. The client portal requires authentication and stores session data in a secure, httpOnly cookie with a 24-hour expiry.
Login attempts are recorded for security monitoring. Personal identifiers (username, IP address, browser type) are cryptographically hashed before storage — raw values are not retained. These records support credential-stuffing detection and account security review.
The portal presents authenticated production history — event names, dates, venues, and roles — as shared credential proof. Partner attribution is scoped to each viewer: clients see their own name alongside shared event details, with other partners displayed neutrally. Client-specific rates and account details are visible only to the authenticated client they belong to.
We do not sell, rent, or trade client data. Infrastructure and hosting providers (database, deployment, email) process data as necessary to operate the service. We do not share client data with other clients.
