The brief
Design intent has to survive a chain of translations.
It runs from the After Effects composition through encoded media, the playback system and the LED surface — run live to the show caller’s cues. Every handoff is a place where fidelity can be lost.

Fidelity held end to end
The master is ProRes 422 at 60 fps, played back in Millumin without frame-rate conversion and pixel-mapped onto the LED.
The result is a system where what was designed is what the audience sees.
