One corporate general session, one operator, the whole video system.

I routed the sources, aligned and focused the projectors, ran playback and presentation graphics and operated the robotic camera, then streamed and switched the show.

A video playback machine, two PowerPoint laptops and a robotic camera ran into a compact switcher as its four inputs.

I routed every signal and switched the show, with the switcher’s multiview output on a multiviewer so every source stayed in sight.

The switched program fed the projection, so both screens carried the same image.

It also fed the vMix laptop, which streamed and recorded the session. A downstage monitor gave presenters the slides or the program.

I aligned and focused the projection from the same seat I switched the show from.

Setup and operation stayed in one pair of hands.
